High-Quality Elevator Cables Available for Sale, Ensuring Safe and Reliable Elevator Installations

To meet the specific requirements of elevator installations, we offer elevator cables specifically designed for this purpose, with predominantly flat accompanying cables. These cables are equipped with customized inner cores to accommodate various installation environments. For installation environments exceeding 40 meters, it is recommended to use cables with a steel wire structure. We have high-quality elevator cables available for sale, featuring attractive features and benefits.

Features of Elevator Cables:

Cold-resistant flexible outer sheath: Our cables utilize a new type of cold-resistant flexible outer sheath, remaining soft even at temperatures as low as -15°C.

Conductor: The conductor is made of multi-strand ultra-fine fine-twisted oxygen-free copper wire, conforming to the VDE0295 CLASS 5 standard.

Insulation: Special blend PVC insulation is used to ensure optimal performance.

Color coding: The cables are color-coded according to GB5023.6 standards, with colors such as yellow, white, orange, light green, and pink (excluding yellow-green grounding wire).

Lining: There is no lining present in these cables.

Reinforcement: Optional high-strength galvanized aviation steel wire provides enhanced durability.

Sheath: The cables feature a cold-resistant PVC special sheath in gray or black.

Rated voltage: 300/500V

Test voltage: 2500V

Advantages of Elevator Cables:

Cold-resistance: The specially designed cold-resistant outer sheath ensures the cables remain flexible even in low temperatures (-15°C).

Structural design: Given the weight and tension requirements of elevator cables, our cables are specially designed for large-length suspension applications.

Increased durability: The use of high-strength aviation galvanized steel wire for bearing purposes extends the service life of the cables.

Precautions:

Cable installation: Before installation, ensure the elevator cables are hung freely, fully backed, and without any knots or waves.

Suspension reinforcement: The suspension reinforcing core within the cable should be peeled off and fixed, bearing the required tension. The tension values of the steel wires at both ends should be consistent, with an error tolerance of no more than 5%.

Avoid damage: When the elevator car compresses the buffer, ensure that the elevator monitoring video control cable does not come into contact with the bottom pit surface or the bottom frame of the car to prevent cable damage.

Joint integrity: The elevator monitoring video control cable joints should not have any solder joints or desoldering.

We currently have elevator cables available for sale at great prices. If you are interested in investing in high-quality elevator cables, don't miss this opportunity. Please feel free to contact us for further information on pricing or any other queries you may have.
